Picture annotations?

Why did we lose the option to add picture annotations? Now all I can do is enlarge them. Anyone know why? It wasn’t me, well not all me I’m sure.

Here’s the most expensive thing I could find on my local craigslist. And it’s been reduced! Only $315,000

because we finally had a feature we liked and worked most of the time. Kinja wouldn’t allow something like that
